fer says ..

yay! i've finally found a job! =D

i'm working as a waitress/bartender at this restaurant+bar located at red dot traffic building, tanjong pagar. pretty place with nice people. well, not that i know if they're genuinely nice but at least i didn't start my first day hating the place. haha..

i'm happy enough to have a job lah and even happier that they wanna train me to be a bartender cuz i'll have lots more stuff to learn as compared to being a waitress. hmmm.

before school term ended, i was whining that i had no time to read my books or watch the movies; but now i'm refusing to read the books or watch the movies cuz i'm so satisfied being a bum. haha..

anyhow, being employed now also means that i have to.... cut down on my ladies' nights, quit constantly hanging out with friends and the worst part, take off-days for occasions. it's especially annoying when i have to take several off-days in a row cuz bosses usually don't like it and worst still, i'm a new staff. ):

bummer.

on to something else, i think anything black makes a good investment. for example, black heels - they're especially important because they miraculously work for all kinds of occasions, from work to play. this job requires me to wear black heels, preferably covered toes. gahh, the only pair i have is this pair of stilettos that's merely 2 1/2 inches but hurts like hell after 2 hours. )':

so, i found myself a perfect excuse to shop for heels. hahaha.. but it wasn't really that fun cuz there were so many limitations, budget constraint and i only had 4 hours to find that perfect pair.

after much consideration, i ended up spending $49.90 on something from U.R.S.. take it as investment lah. sighs. had to buy another 2 black spag tops for work too. that's nearly a good $70 before my first paycheck. YIKES.

ah well, think INVESTMENT.
