phew, finally today's last paper, i seriously reckon paper 1 and 2 are in German! Paper 3, hmm.. few of the questions are in English, the rest i think its in indian. But its easier then mid year, all the more it makes the situation scarier, what if A levels is much more difficult?? I've got to be best friends with my ten year series from now on, they've got to be my daily essentials.
Turning 18 in 8 more days, don't u read here anymore? won't u wish me happy birthday? i bet its worth more than any of my presents. So anyways, I was reading this kayak star award on the SCF website, wa... damn cool sia! During OBS, we had this kayaking expedition across the island, into the swamp, out of it and back into the sea. I tell you, it really was the time of my life, even life after O levels cannot be compared to that! though wee wee and i had loads of arguments about the strokes, smarty pants ah you.. at least i didn't paddle all the way and whammed into the bushes right? I know what's the meaning of steering and i can differentiate left and right. Capsizing is fun, rescuing is even more fun but climbing into the kayak is not fun.
I practically got hooked on it, when you've finished star 1, you take star 2 then you can go for the coaching level, how cool is that? being a coach at the age of 19 and you get to tekan those younger ones taking the assessment! The fortune teller says I'll go into teaching, as much as i fantasise about my plans... i can't swim.. Lame. Oh oh, after star 2, you go all the way up to star 4 where you kayak in open rivers then you can further upgrade your coaching levels, wow.. Highest is star 5, in the open sea, exposed to mother nature and her moods. Someday, you'll wanna get a kayak of your own with your name printed on it. A kayak coach is the coolest, apart from dragonboat coaches (they're relatively shorter, beats me. ).
Blather, if you're reading this, i hope you still remember about the blood donation drive you told me about on my birthday, i'm looking forward to it! Particularly, the kayak star 1 thing the day after! DONT FORGET IT! Byee!
