i have to rant about this before it drives me mad.
MY MANAGER SUCKS.
he's always emo mo mo. yikes. work basically depends on his mood. when he's in a bad mood, all of us are in deep shit. EVERYONE becomes a scapegoat for his faults, his lousy management and even the poor business.
he's soooo full of himself, thinking that he can do everything allllllll by himself. right, so what's the point of hiring all the staff ah? for all of us to stand there and look pretty ah?
he cant pronounce words properly or remember names.
"look, the
think is....." - he meant,
thing.
"come for
low call..." - he meant,
roll call.
"marissa" - her name is melissa.
"kevin" - my dear cousin's name is kelvin.
there's more... i just cant remember them now.
ugghs.
oh yeah, the most recent one. i forgot to pass him my sechdule for next week and damn! he didnt even bother to call me up to ask me, he just decided to put me off schedule.
right, since he has plentiful of full timers now, he can afford to try to teach me a lesson by not putting me on schedule this week and hopefully, i'll be good and give my schedule punctually for next week.
i'd love to tell him "try harder lah"... i'm already intending to pass him my resignation letter once i get my first paycheck. (: (: (:
in any case, i'm glad for the unexpected 1 week holiday. haha i dont have to see his ugly face for a week.
but i really like the rest of the staff there.. well, at least most of them. they've been such a joy to work with.. haha i specially enjoy talking to troy, this colleague who's damn vulgar but in a humourous manner.
he's intending to quit. i hope all the management trainees join him and stage a revolution! woots!
hahaha.. okay, i got to go. so today, my closing line is also my favourite curse for now.
i hope that a vagina will grow on my manager's head!
